Published in 1990, Arshile Gorky is an exhibition catalog from the Whitechapel Art Gallery examining the Armenian-American painter's abstract expressionist works. The volume documents Gorky's biomorphic compositions and his role in bridging European surrealism and American abstract expressionism.
